Small batch sun-dried tomato pesto that is so much better than store bought! This pesto is made with a very specific type of cocktail tomato that I grow on my farm and dehydrated. The tomatoes are blended with fresh basil, cold-pressed olive oil, walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
Ways to use pesto:
- Spread on sandwiches, flatbread or pizza crust.
- Baste cooked chicken on the grill
- Toss with pasta
- Add to olive oil, vinegar and herbs for a delicious salad dressing
Ingredients: Sun-dried tomatos, cold-pressed olive oil, basil, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper.
