Naturally-cured, pasture-raised pork sausage blended with 12 different types of dehydrated peppers. Use in place of an Andouille sausage. 4 links per pack. Avg. package weight 0.63-85lbs. No added nitrates except those naturally occurring in celery juice powder.

All of the meat in our products comes from animals we raise on our certified Organic pastures in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota.
