Durum wheat is popularly used in pasta making. Our whole grain flour is great for making dried pastas and our sifted flour holds up well to wetter, fresh pasta making. Try either flour type in flatbreads, too! It was grown near Fargo, North Dakota by Chad Forsberg and Ben Wenzel. Our variety is Carpio.
Choose from two types of flour:
- 100% Whole Wheat (whole grain is milled)
- Sifted Flour
