This dill pesto is deliciously herby and pairs perfectly with fish and seafood. It's made with fresh dill grown on my farm and blended with garlic, walnuts, cold-pressed olive oil, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Spread dill pesto on top of grilled grilled fish or stir into sautéed shrimp for a easy evening meal or appetizer.
