Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon | Jarred - 2 pack, 6.5 oz each

Your Wild Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon salmon 2-pack comes to you in a beautiful presentation, lightly smoked and then canned in its own juices (no added oils or liquids) in reusable glass jars. This is as pure as it gets, with no preservatives, nitrates or nitrites, nor any dyes or antibiotics as sometimes found in farmed salmon, just the finest of our harvest, lightly brined in sea salt and brown sugar, then gently smoked with alderwood. After smoking, it is then canned in the jars, which keeps it nice and moist with a delicate flavor while showcasing its lovely color and texture for a visual feast as well.

Your order includes two jars of smoked salmon and is shipped directly via USPS, with shipments going out once a week. Feel free to EMAIL us with any questions at

Keep these 6.5 ounce shelf-stable jars in your pantry for the perfect protein addition to your salads, rice bowls, or eggs, or serve as an appetizer, mix with cream cheese for a delectable spread for bagels, crackers, or veggies, or make into delicious recipes. Free recipe cards included with your order.

Your salmon is extra special because we take such good care of it! Mindfully handling our fish to keep their quality superb brings us closer to our little corner of nature and reminds us to appreciate our amazing resource. We - Tollef & Adelia, the soul mates, fishermen, and business owners - harvest our salmon by hand with love and respect for the ocean and all its life forms. We fish out of open 23-foot aluminum skiffs with 2-3 hardworking faithful crew members working by hand to pull up our nets and disentangle the fish. Upon picking the fish from the net, we carefully bleed them and place them into chilled seawater. This is not industrial fishing. Our fish are never thrown, bruised, or crushed under thousands of other fish. We chill our salmon to 34 degrees until they are taken to the fish processing plant in Kodiak, about once a day. The plant, a locally Native Alaskan owned processor, uses the latest technology to fillet and pin bone your salmon before smoking and canning to keep it in top top shape.

Sharing our salmon with appreciative souls in the Minneapolis area - Tollef's hometown - is the whole reason we started this business. It is our goal to provide you with the least diluted, most personal connection to your wild Alaska salmon possible.
