Your Smoke Cuts Pack Includes:

    • Brisket, Short Ribs, Chuck, Top Round, Sirloin Tip, Tri-Tip (a variety of these selections based on availability)

Information about our beef:

  • USDA inspected.

  • Dry aged 14 days.

  • All natural.  No hormones, no antibiotics.

  • Steaks are cut 1.25 to 1.5 in. thick.

  • Briskets are about 4 lbs or 8 lbs.

  • Short ribs are around 2 lbs each.
  • Roasts are about 3 lbs each.
  • Tri Tips (when available) are 1.5 to 2.5lbs each.
  • All cuts are shrink-wrapped for maximum freshness.

  • Weights and quantities vary based on getting the best cuts from each animal.
