We were lucky enough to secure a couple butcher dates at a USDA butcher which means we are able to offer a very limited amount of grass-fed lamb for purchase! Our sheep are Icelandic, which is known for their gourmet mild flavor and lean quality to the meat. The sheep are grazed on 40 acres of restored prairie and wooded areas, this year they had access to many wild apple trees and plums. We do not feed our lambs grain, which means you will get only the best, highly nutritious meat.
