Just in time for spring, I have been busy canning rhubarb jams.  The rhubarb is from my farm, the rest of the fruits I can with are from Belle Creek Gardens, which is a no emissions farm in Welch (they use draft horses, how cool!).  My jams are no pectin, low sugar and dairy free (often jams/jellies use butter to cut back on foam.  I do not do this, so you might have some foam.  But foam isn't going to hurt you. 

I will make jam throughout the summer as things become in season, so check back often!  

All processed in a kitchen that is not subject to state inspection.  Date of process is listed on the 1/2 pint jars.  Use within 18 months of date on product.
